Really good service and convenient location

the staff at this location were excellent. matthew and jose at the lounge made my day better with cute service. stephanie and kevin from valet were friendly and helpful (they was so great). the shuttle to universal studios and citywalk was very convenient.
the pool seemed a bit small considering the overall hotel size.

this hotel is the first shuttle stop from universal studios and citywalk. the location allowed easy access. a free shuttle ran every 15 minutes and reached the destination quickly, so getting there was never a problem.

the lounge offered excellent service (especially with jose and matthew). i didn't need to go to a restaurant for meals because of it. the bar area was nice. snacks and drinks were readily available at the lounge.

my room was a guest room with a king bed. the room seemed clean and cozy. i found it standard in terms of offerings, yet comfortable. the bed provided good rest after busy days.

the location was very convenient, especially for visiting universal studios. (that was the main reason i chose this hotel).
The room i was given had some issues. the tv had a blue discolouration covering part of the screen. also, the sliding door to the bathroom was oddly installed and didn't slide smoothly. Its bottom fixture seemed loose.

i was grateful for valet service upon my late arrival one friday evening kevin and joshua were really helpful they took care of my car from arrival to departure my car was always ready i requested it this beats parking in the parking structure. the team members.
my room was dark it required using multiple lights even during the day this made the space less inviting and a bit gloomy for daytime activities i found that a little bit annoying

maria and linda at the club lounge provided attentive breakfast service. they were helpful. i requested a blanket at 1:00 am and received it within two minutes. the adjoining rooms we requested were provided. this was the best i've experienced in recent travels.
the night staff was rude and unhelpful. i waited over an hour at 1am for a room i already checked into. a staff member, nathan, pretended to not know the hotel phone number.

the fitness room features lifefitness equipment in good condition and has big screens. there is a complimentary shuttle service, and it runs regularly to universal studios. the shuttle ride is short.

The club lounge food included spinach frittata, sausage, and potatoes. Mini pizzas. Caribbean chicken skewers, and veggie egg rolls. there was fruit, veggies, and sweet baked goods available. staff in the lounge promptly cleared plates.

the front desk staff was friendly. the bell hop guy helped with our luggage. our room felt in good condition. the bed was so comfortable i slept well.
the view from our room wasn't great. it looked over the valet parking. i noticed the room needed some tlc. we were only staying one night so it didn't matter much.
